The Proven Process

Step 1. Let’s start talking

The first stage is to open the dialogue with one of our inbound marketing consultants. During this stage, we’ll find out more about your business, your goals and challenges. If we feel that we can help you, we’ll put together a top level plan of action that will help you meet your goals.

Step 2. Build an Inbound Blueprint

Over a 30 day period, we’ll follow a structured process to gather all the information that we need in order to generate a full inbound marketing strategy - an overarching strategy document that will lay the foundations for your success.

We’ll hold workshops with your team and interview your clients to discover more about what makes your business tick and gain a deep understanding of your buyer personas and what problems you solve for them.

From there’s we’ll produce a 40+page document, that lays out the step by step actions including a full inbound content strategy.

Step 3. Build the engine

Now that you have your blueprint, it’s time to implement. Working in 90 day sprints, we’ll set up the full inbound funnel on HubSpot for you as well as train your team in how to review, manage and analyse the leads and incorporate HubSpot into your sales process.

Step 4. Rinse and repeat

We’ll build on the success, learning from the results, analysing and optimising the engine as we go.

Every 90 days, we’ll produce a new blueprint that adds to the content and value that you’re providing your prospects and customers, attracting more visitors and more leads.

How much does this cost?

This really depends upon you and how fast you want us to move. In short, the more you ask us to do, the higher the monthly fee.

Clients expect to pay between £3,000 and £10,000 per month depending upon how much work they ask us to do. Everything is transparent and, using the blueprint, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and by when.
